Toothache - Prevention

To prevent toothaches resulting from tooth decays or dental cavities, you can:
- Practice good oral hygiene. Brush your teeth every day using a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. Remember to also use floss to clean in between your teeth.
- Limit sugar and sugar containing foods.
- Go in for a dental appointment every 6 months.
