Flonase Nasal Spray for Allergies to be Available Over the Counter in Spring 2015

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Flonase Allergy Relief for the over-the-counter treatment of nasal allergy symptoms in July 2014. The product is expected to launch in Spring 2015, just in time for the allergy season.


Over-the-counter Flonase will be have the same prescription strength as prescription-strength Flonase. Flonase Allergy Relief is the only allergy nasal spray that can be use for both nasal and eye allergy symptoms. With Flonase being available over-the-counter, you will get the same 24-hour, non-drowsy relief, without a prescription.
