Involuntary Leakage of Urine - Prevention

To prevent involuntary leakage of urine, you should:

-Lose weight.
-Limit alcohol, tea, coffee, and soft drinks.
-Quit smoking.

-Practice Kegel exercises.
-Do bladder training.
-Schedule bathroom trips
