Lactose Intolerance - Diagnosis

If you are lactose intolerant, you may experience some of the following common symptoms after eating or drinking any products with lactose: diarrhea, abdominal pain/cramps, nausea, stomach growling/rumbling, gas, or bloating. Your doctor may also perform diagnostic tests such as a lactose tolerance test, a hydrogen breath test, or a stool acidity test in order to provide an accurate diagnosis.
