- Flaxseed oil 400mg [alpha linolenic acid (omega-3) 200mg, linoleic acid (omega-6) 50mg, oleic acid (omega-9) 60mg]
- Borage oil 400mg [gamma linolenic acid (omega-6) 70mg, linoleic acid (omega-6) 125mg, oleic acid (omega-9) 55mg]
