Sprinkle in Diafoods Thick-It while stirring briskly until dissolved.
Or use a hand mixer or blender at low speed for no more than 5-10
seconds. Do Not Over mix. After mixing, wait 30 seconds for liquid to
thicken. Usage Chart: Desired Consistency (Recommended usage per 4 fl
oz): Liquids - Nectar consistency, 1-2 tbsp; Honey consistency, 2-3
tbsp; Pudding consistency, 3-4 tbsp. Pureed Foods - Nectar consistency,
1 tsp; Honey consistency, 1-1/2 - 2 tsp; Pudding consistency, 2 tsp - 1
tbsp. Nutritional Supplements - Nectar consistency, 2 tbsp; Honey
consistency, 3 tbsp; Pudding consistency, 4 tbsp.
