DrugOTC.com Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our final goal. You may return any OTC item shipped by DrugOTC.com with the following return requirements:

• We guarantee money back refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in the original condition in which they are received.
• We do not accept items return that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.  Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly items and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order, or through store credit in special circumstances.  In other cases, a return postage fee of $5.99 will apply.
