- Indications: Use Collyrium Eye Wash to cleanse the eye, loosen foreign material, air pollutants or chlorinated water.
- Directions: Directions for Use: See enclosed information. Keep bottle tightly closed - Store at room temperature, approx. 77 degrees F (25 degrees C).
- Ingredients: A Borate Solution that Contains Boric Acid, Sodium Borate, Benzalkonium Chloride (0.01%), and Water.
- Warnings: Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy. See package insert for further information. Remove contact lenses before using. This product contains benzalkonium chloride as a preservative. Do not use this product if you are sensitive to benzalkonium chloride. Contains no Thimerosal (Mercury). Eye cup is sterile unless blister package is damaged or opened. To avoid contamination do not touch tip of container to any surface. Recap by twisting eyecup fully onto bottle after using. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness, irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Obtain immediate medical treatment for all open wounds in or near the eyes. Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children.
