• Directions: Apply generously and gently massage until BenGay disappears. Apply not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Relief lasts for hours. For best results, squeeze tube from bottom and flatten as you use product. Store between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F).
• Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Methyl Salicylate (15%), Menthol (10%). Inactive Ingredients: Cetyl Alcohol, DEA-Cetyl Phosphate, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Isopropyl Palmitate, Purified Water, Stearic Acid, Triethanolamine Carbomer 940, Triethanolamine Stearate.
• Warnings: For external use only. Use only as directed. Do not use with a heating pad. Keep away from children to avoid accidental poisoning. Do not bandage tightly. Do not swallow. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes, broken or irritated skin. If skin redness or irritation develops, pain lasts for more than 10 days, or with arthritis-like conditions in children under 12, do not use and call a physician.
