• Store at room temperature or 36-86 degrees F (2-30 degrees C). Do not freeze.

For in vitro diagnostic use.

Do not use if blister seals on outside of package are broken or not present.

Ingredients

Reagent Composition (qty/cm2): glucose oxidase 12.5 U, Bis-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-(4-hydroximino-cyclohexa-2, 5-dienyl-idene)-ammonium chloride 35 ug, 2, 18-Phosphomolybdate 191.4 ug, Nonreactive ingredients + buffer 8.1 mg.
